We want you and your cat to be happy with every PawandLuna order.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee plus original and return shipping costs may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund — no restocking fee in these cases.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@pawandluna.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if the item is damaged). We'll send return instructions within 1-2 business days.
